Return Policy – World of Leggings

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY.

Return Policy Overview

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
2. There is no evidence of damage due to careless handling.
3. Items requiring hygiene considerations (e.g., activewear) must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
4. Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
5. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged during this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear to have been used, damaged, or altered in a manner inconsistent with the above conditions.

How to Return Your Order

If your return meets the conditions outlined above, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Send an email to sales@worldofleggings.co.uk with the following details:

   • Order number
   • Reason for the return request
   • Photos of the product (if the item is defective or damaged)
   • Your full name
   • Your complete address

2. Once your email is received, we will provide you with the correct return address.
   Important: Never return items to the sender's address without contacting us first.

3. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Ensure your parcel includes a tracking number to avoid any issues during transit.

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract under the following conditions:

A. Cancellation Conditions

• The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party authorized by you) receive the last item in your order.
• Due to our automated system, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. If your order is already in transit, you will need to wait until it is delivered before initiating a return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Notify us at sales@worldofleggings.co.uk with a clear declaration of your intention to cancel. Returns are completed once the items are received by us, and return costs are borne by the customer.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and any additional charges for premium shipping options. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We will use the original payment method for the refund unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be applied for this refund.

Returns from Overseas

As our products are shipped from multiple locations, transit times may vary. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Once your order has been delivered, you may follow the return process outlined above.
